design procedure:

il nome… la scelta molto sofferta, ma il nome mi sembra riuscito: tra il volo del trapezista e il cerchio che descrive
materiali: Giovannetti è storicamente un artigiano evoluto, quindi le
“tecnologie” del tapezziere, struttura in metallo interna che si avvicina
quasi a una roba da genio pontieri ( non stava in piedi, poi oscillava
troppo)
rivestimento in gomma poliuretanica con densità variabile ( appoggi lombari
ecc) infine tessuti di vari tipi. base in acciaio tagliato a laser e decorata .
idea di base
volevo fare una chaise longue dove fosse comodo salire e scendere, obiettivo raggiunto dall’ingresso laterale.

the name…. the very painful choice, but the name seems to me to be successful: between the flight of the trapeze artist and the circle he describes
materials: Giovannetti is historically an evolved craftsman, therefore the
technology’ of the upholsterer, approaching internal metal structure
almost to a genius stuff like bridges (it was not standing, then swinging
too)
polyurethane rubber coating with variable density (lumbar bearings
etc.) and finally fabrics of various types. laser-cut and decorated steel base.
basic idea
I wanted to make a chaise longue where it was convenient to climb and descend, a goal achieved by the side entrance.
